Project Management Philosophy

Scope, budget and time are key. They must be respected. However, when delivering positive outcomes for complex community problems with multiple stakeholders, the actual human beings affected must come first. I work to cultivate public good projects. In order for those projects to truly become “public goods,” the process should grow people and places authentically with a particular attention to the inclusion of new voices. So, if in the course of the work, there are not new voices coming to the table, then the work is not complete.
